What to Expect at Our Live Stage Shows
At The Society Comedy Troupe, a cast of professional actors and comedians will take you on a comedy adventure that is never the same twice.
Most shows begin with a short warm-up from one of our players to explain the show and get the audience ready to enjoy. Newcomers to our shows will quickly understand how everything works.
Then our Players take the stage, and the spontaneity begins. Because we get suggestions for scenes and seek input from the audience, you can, if you choose, directly affect the show.
Usually we do shorter improv games or scenes at the beginning of the show, and then start a long-form play or musical for the second half. However, because we’re making everything up, that can change too!

We will be broadcasting our Show Live via Zoom at 6pm Pacific Time. You can tune in with any computer or device to watch the live stream via Zoom from anywhere in the world! If you’re in the Hymalayas with an internet connection, you can tune in!
The cost is $5. When you go to get tickets, you will be prompted to pick free or a donation amount when you ‘purchase’ your ticket through EventBrite.
You must get a virtual ticket through the link. After finishing your order through Ticketleap, a zoom link for the show will be immediately emailed to you. CHECK YOUR SPAM if you don’t see it after completing your purchase!
The Zoom Link goes live 30 minutes before the show. Feel free to stop in early to make sure your device is working and loging in properly for the show.
